How Data Collection System Works?

• Data are recorded into SQL Server, Oracle or Access database for maximum security and performance. Data is protected by user names and passwords to enable only authorized people to access.
• Data exchange is possible with SAP, TextProd etc. ERP/MRP software which already exist in the plant.
• Data is monitored simultaneously both from the plant’s intranet and from LED production information panels throughout all points of the establishment.
• Thanks to a comprehensive and integrated Data Based Control and Monitoring system (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition – SCADA) information is converted into understandable data and users easily analyze the data through report templates created previously (created against a demand. )
• Reports can be obtained in graphics or chart format with desired variables within computer environment.
• Data transfer is available to programs such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook.
• Management decisions can be taken to increase productivity and process quality with the help of these analyses.
