  • To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
  • Requesting correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
  • Requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data, profiling,
  • In the event that your personal data is corrected, deleted or destroyed, requesting that these transactions be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred. Requesting the restriction of the processed personal data, requesting the transfer of data,
  • Objecting to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,

 

If you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data, you have the right to demand the compensation of the damage.

If you submit your requests regarding your rights in question to us through the methods specified in the Clarification Text within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. EYS-CONPTC-6698 at the address "www.siskon.com.tr", your applications will be evaluated and finalized as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest. Although it is essential not to charge any fee for the requests, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged. However, if the application is caused by the Company's error, the fee charged is returned to the data owner.
