This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used and protected when you visit www.siskon.com.tr (the “Website”) or contact us through it. It should be read together with our Privacy Notice (KVKK / data protection notice) and our Cookie Policy.

3. Data We Collect on the Website

• Contact form: first and last name, company, telephone number, position, sector, e-mail address and message content.
• Information sent by e-mail: contact details and documents (e.g., a CV) you share when you write to addresses such as [email protected] listed on the Careers page.
• Technical data: server logs such as IP address, browser and device information, and date and time of visit.
• Cookies: the Website uses only a strictly necessary security cookie (csrf_token); details are in the Cookie Policy.

4. Purposes and Legal Bases

• Responding to your requests and communicating with you — your explicit consent given on the contact form and our legitimate interests (KVKK Art. 5/1 and 5/2-f).
• Evaluating job applications — taking steps prior to entering a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and your explicit consent.
• Securing the Website and our systems and preventing misuse of the form (spam, automated submissions) — our legitimate interests (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).
• Keeping access logs — our legal obligation (Law No. 5651, KVKK Art. 5/2-ç).

5. Sharing of Data

Within the limits of the purposes above, your data may be shared with the relevant internal teams, our e-mail, hosting and content-management infrastructure providers, the Google (reCAPTCHA, YouTube) and Cloudflare services used on the Website, and competent public authorities where required by law. International transfers are made in accordance with Article 9 of KVKK; details are in the “International transfers” section of the Privacy Notice.

6. Retention

Your data is kept for as long as required by the purpose of processing and by the limitation periods and retention obligations in applicable law, in line with our Retention and Destruction Policy, and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Server access logs are retained for 2 years under Law No. 5651.

7. Security Measures

The Website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Forms use CSRF protection, bot verification (reCAPTCHA) and rate limiting, and access to data is limited to authorised personnel. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Third-Party Links

The Website contains links to third-party sites such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and X. Siskon is not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; we recommend reviewing their policies.

9. Children

The Website is not directed at persons under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

10. Your Rights

This Policy may be updated in response to legal or Website changes; the current version is always published on the Website.
